The homeowner wanted to build her dream home in Bloomfield, so Anthony Scaccia (a broker) took her to see many lots in the area. She fell in love with a beautiful lot on a hill; it had an old Japanese house, a pool, and three koi ponds. So first, we demolished the home and removed the pool and koi ponds. Then we helped design a 7,087 ranch with an elevator and everything she asked for in her dream home.
