The homeowner wanted to build her dream home in Bloomfield, so Anthony Scaccia (a broker) took her to many lots in the area. Finally, she found an old house from the 1960s on an acre that backed up to a river, so we demolished the old home and helped her design and build her dream home (7583 sq. ft.) on this beautiful 1-acre lot that backs up to the river.
